The next best thing to I.M.
By Zoe is a Parisian brand started in 2005, emulating the french style of feminine and romantic mixed with comfortable materials. I did a double-take when first encountering this brand, By Zoe could easily pass for my beloved Isabel Marant's etoile label. I do believe this french-chic style is a trend to become familiar with, as we will see it more throughout contemporary retail. Zara already adopted the replications of Isabel Marant's S/S 2012 collection with their new collection of acid wash denims, drawstring pants, printed skirts and dicker boots. My hopes are that By Zoe's pricing will compete with Zara's price-points and maintain the aesthetic and quality of Isabel.
